- Appointments

I work with my clients primarily face-to-face and work with some clients over the phone when circumstances prevent in-person meetings.

Appointments are from one hour in length. I do not require clients to pre-pay or sign up for a set number of sessions in advance. I usually recommend that the first session be 90 minutes as there is always a lot to cover in the initial meeting.

At the end of the first session, we decide together on a subsequent meeting schedule (appointment length and frequency). The frequency and total length of time we work together can vary enormously, depending on the complexity of the issues involved and your individual needs.

- Fee Structure

My fee for individual coaching is £45/hour. I also offer concessionary rates, please contact me for details. Sessions are payable either by cash or cheque.

I have a different fee structure for corporate clients. Please contact me for information on my corporate rates.
